$1300 Bedroom available in Logan Circle!

Hi! We have a bedroom available in a large three bedroom starting September 1. Rent is $1,300/month, and it is a one year lease.

The apartment covers the top two floors of a row house and the available room is on the top floor. The room is very spacious, and has great lighting. Most importantly, it has a walk-in closet that is the size of many DC bedrooms.

The apartment has lots of shared space that includes a living room, dining room, recently remodeled kitchen, and an in-unit washer dryer. The new tenant would also share a bathroom with one roommate.

We are just over a block away from Trader Joe's, the Green Line, and tons of great restaurant and bar options.

Roommates are two 30 year old women who both have full-time jobs in DC. When there isn't a quarantine in place, both roommates are in and out because of work and travel. However, there has not been an issue with all of us working from home together.

We are available for virtual or in-person tours, so long as masks are worn and other social distancing guidelines are followed!
