$1,400 / 2br - Subletting room in DC

Hi, I am looking for a roommate for a room in my apartment that my former roommate is subletting. It is a gorgeous apartment, 2 Bedroom 2 Bath in the NOMA neighborhood. In-unit Washer/Dryer, you would have your private room and bathroom with a tub. The kitchen and living room is a shared space with me. The amenities of the building include an outdoor pool, multiple outdoor patio spaces, workspaces, a cardio room, a full gym, a yoga room, 24-hour security, and a 24-hour concierge. I am preferably looking for a clean and quiet roommate who is okay with a cat. I am a woman in her early 20s and would prefer someone who is a woman or non-binary. LGBTQ+ friendly and POC friendly is a necessity. Utilities are not included and average around an extra $160 per month
