I am looking for another young professional or student to take over my roommate's lease when she moves to Virginia this summer.
We absolutely love our apartment! It is in the heart of Dupont Circle - very close to the metro, grocery stores, parks, and museums. Our apartment is famous among our friend group for its iconic brick wall in the living room.
I have a small house cat, who is friendly with everyone and loves attention.
The room available is the smaller of the two rooms. It measures 7.5 x 10 sq. ft. I have lived in this room for three years and have found it plenty big for my full-size bed, a desk, and dresser. There is one shared bathroom with a full shower/tub. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a full kitchen.
I am a full-time law student/ graduate student and find having a calm and clean living space to be important, but also enjoy having friends over on occasion.
