The room is spacious with a walk in closet & private bath. Amenities include a rooftop pool, gym, access to the MBT trail, in-unit washer/ dryer & is just minutes away via walking from a climbing gym, grocery stores, Union Market, & the NOMA redline station!
Kitchen and living room would be shared with me so I’m looking for someone who is clean, a good communicator, enjoys hanging out together (ie movie nights & occasional dinners) but also enjoys their own space too. I’m a 26 year old (BI, She/Her, Latina) young professional working in a nonprofit law firm. I enjoy climbing, biking, sports, community organizing, sewing, crafting & exploring DC! (Must be vaccinated)
