Large basement in beautiful home

I am an empty-nester with a large home in Chevy Chase DC. I’m looking to rent my large, furnished basement with private bath to a responsible person who would share the kitchen and living areas of the house. I travel a lot but I have a cat, so whoever rents my basement would have cat duties while I’m away. I‘m looking for someone who is relatively quiet, clean, respectful of space, and trustworthy.
