Looking for someone to share a gorgeous 3-bedroom carriage-house apartment in Bloomingdale (listing says le droit, but apt is actually in Bloomingdale!!). The room is available now and we are looking to fill it ASAP! The room is unfurnished. It's a lovely room with lots of floor space, great natural lighting, and a spacious closet. Rent is $1,250 / month. Utilities are $75 - $100/ month. One-month rent as a deposit plus a $350 admin fee and $50 application fee.

Other details about the house: one bathroom w/shower, washer/dryer (!), central a/c + heat, dishwasher, and trapdoor access to a roof!

A little bit about your two roommates:
Two guys who work in tech and politics. We split our time between the office and WFH, so we're in our rooms more often than the common space; we're also pretty clean and are looking for the same in a roommate.

Location: We're located in a really sweet part of Bloomingdale -- off the street and 2nd floor so it's nice and quiet -- right around 1st and U NW. 1 minute walk from Showtime, Red Hen, Bacio Pizza, etc. 7 minute walk from the Howard Theater, Right Proper Brewing Company, and a bunch of other restaurants and cafes, as well as the yellow/green Shaw-Howard metro stop. About 15 minutes walk from the Noma-Gallaudet U (New York Ave) stop on the red line.

The property managers expect you to stay for at least 12 months otherwise there's a penalty. No pets.
