The condo is right in the heart of Logan Circle, being on the corner of 14th and Rhode Island near the Shake Shack and Player’s Club.

The specs are 2 bed, 2 bath (so each room has their own bathroom) with differential pricing between the smaller room being ~$1,945 and the larger room being $2,050 respectively.

More about me:

I work remotely, so my day-to-day routine usually starts at the crib followed by going to the gym, happy hour, or some tv depending on my plans that day.

Also because I work remote, my weekends are usually packed with social plans to get out of the house with friends.

I’m a fan of staying active (hiking, pickleball, cruising town on the longboard), watching football and basketball, and great meals (lots of Friday dinners & Saturday brunches).
