12’x10’ Room in Columbia Heights

12’x10’ room available in a Columbia Heights row house starting July 1st. The room is adjacent to the kitchen on the first floor with lots of natural light facing north. The house includes three bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor and a laundry room and bathroom in the basement. The house is within walking distance to public transportation (metro station and buses) and the DC USA mall.

We are BIPOC working professionals in education research, technology, and social services. We are LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly looking for responsible, respectful, and clean individuals, who pay their bills on time, and are considerate enough to continue practicing Covid-19 guidelines.

The rent is $700 a month (move-in $300 deposit) and includes utilities (internet, gas, electricity, and water). The room is available on a month-to-month sublease with a flexible end date.
