1 bedroom (bathroom shared with one other person)

Hi my roommate and I had someone back out last minute and our new lease starts Feb 1. The place is nice, recently renovated, and the bedroom is a decent size. We have a spacious kitchen and living room, and the shared bathroom is a decent size as well. Utilities are not included in the rent but typically range from $75-$125. We have street parking which is $50 a year (I think) for those who drive, and several bus stops right outside our door. There is a yellow/green line metro about three blocks from us. My roommate and I are both 24 y/o working professionals. We’re friends and try to always be kind and respectful to one another. We like to keep a reasonably organized, tidy space and like having friends over sometimes. We’re both pretty social people and like to make new friends, but also understand if someone prefers to keep to themselves.

My roommate and his partner both smoke weed out on our back patio, but you can’t smell inside the house. We have no pets, but would be willing to bring one into our home. There are stairs so I don’t think this building would be suitable with someone with a physical disability.
