Room for Rent in 4 Bed/2 Bath Noma Apt - $1100/Mo

Looking for a housemate to fill the 4th bedroom in our 4-bed 2-bathroom house in Noma. The room includes two windows and can easily fit a queen-size bed. The apartment includes a newly-redesigned kitchen, a dining room, a shared (and very spacious) living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a spacious backyard with a beautiful garden. We’re a 5 minute walk to the Noma-Gallaudet metro station, and there's plenty of street parking (2 of the 3 housemates currently have a car).

The $1100/month includes all utilities and internet, with no additional broker fee nor security deposit (I've lived in this house for 9 years so the security deposit is entirely in my name at this point).

We have a slight preference for the 4th housemate to be a woman so the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms can be split by gender, but far from a deal-breaker. Must be LGBT-friendly.
