We are looking for people to sublet our 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a private patio and grill. This modern apartment is located in a luxury apartment building with updated amenities, including a rooftop pool. Inside the apartment there is an open living space and kitchen, a bedroom connected to a walk in closet and en suite bathroom and a second bedroom and bathroom on the other side of the apartment for maximum privacy. There is also an in unit washer and dryer and two storage closets in the entry way. The apartment can come furnished with 1 Queen bed, 1 TV, 1 full pull out couch, and a kitchen table and chairs. The apartment can also be unfurnished if you prefer. The apartment will be completely professionally cleaned before you move in. We are happy to give tours over facetime or in person. Renter may have opportunity for renewal if interested.
