Looking for Two Roommates in Petworth

I am a young professional in the healthcare industry looking for a roommate. I am a very tidy person and would like who I live with keep the common spaces, especially the kitchen, tidy.
The room is large and gets a lot of natural light! The common spaces in the apartment (living room, dining room, bathroom, and kitchen) are fully furnished. There is laundry in the building and a storage unit for the apartment in the basement. The property is well-maintained and has beautiful green spaces. There is super easy street parking around the building. The 64 bus route is right on the corner. Additionally, the Georgia/Petworth Metro stations are a 1 mile walk away. There is a grocery store a block or so away and cute shops and restaurants a 20-minute walk away.
