Master bedroom with ensuite available

The home is a 4 story town house a block from the Wharf, a perfect location, within walking ditance to L’Enfant metro stop. It’s a 4 bedroom home with a spacious kitchen, living area, fire place, deck and garage. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The room available is the Master suite with a large walk-in closet and a huge ensuite with a jacuzzi tub and a shower.
Myself (Rory), Marc and Lauren are all flight crew, so we all have varying schedules each month and are away for most of the month. When we are home we all like to go out together or have a few drinks in. We generally cook our own meals but occasionally will have a family cookup. We like to keep the house tidy and all clean up after ourselves. Marc and I are in our late 30’s and Lauren is in her late 20’s. We are the perfect balance of fun and quiet and we hope to find the same in a new roommate!
