I’m a 34 year old single professional. Went to HS in NOVA, college at CU-Boulder, and grad school at Georgetown. I am very friendly, lots of energy, like to stay active, like to cook, listen to music, watch/play sports, bike, anything outdoors, working on my gardening game. I have a sweet dog named “Marvin” who’s a 3 year old yellow lab and is extremely friendly and well behaved. I have one car but may sell it, but have 2 car driveway off the alley. Two rooms available but open to only having one roommate if the resident would be willing to pay more to keep the third room an office and have a private bathroom. Otherwise the two rooms would share the bathroom right next to the bedrooms.

There’s one larger room with closet and has lots of light due to 3 windows . Then there’s another smaller office size room with one window that could fit a queen with not a lot else or a full with some space for additional items.
