Upstairs Guest room or basement with private bath

Hello.

I have a recently refinished garden level/basement room and a guest room on the second floor for rent in Trinidad. The basement room is the full length of the property and comes with its own private bath.

The upstairs guest room has a bright south facing window and a shared bath now the hall.

The house is walking distance to a ton of H St restaurant, Union Market, and Noma Metro station (red line). There are also two bud lines that run down Florida Ave, the Shaw and DT DC.

There is also free off street parking if you have a car.

The house is queer friendly and lively. There is a giant backyard. I plan to build an outdoor BBQ and garden.
