Sublet - Super Cute Studio Apartment

I will be traveling for work for 2.5 months and am looking for a sublet for my studio apartment. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the University of District of Columbia and American University. The building is quiet, and easily accessible to the bus and on Red Metro Line. The building is right next to Rock Creek Park for my runners and bikers and there are plenty of cute shops, bakeries and restaurants next door. The building has a gym, tennis court, indoor pool and a communal patio area. The laundry room is located at the end of the hallway and there is one on each floor. Street parking is readily available. Rent includes all utilities, internet is $35 per month. My furniture will still be there so it will be furnished and I’m looking for someone who will be respectful of my things.
