About the apartment: Move in August 1

Apartment has full washer/dryer, large kitchen (granite counter tops and fully stocked), furnished dining/living room, private balcony, and shared bathroom with excellent water pressure. Room can be furnished. Building includes gym, quiet outdoor bbq/picnic area, business center with free printing, and complimentary gourmet coffee/tea drinks available in the lobby 24/7. Excellent public pool around the corner as well.

About me:
I'm a 31 year old female who works full time in DC. I enjoy cooking (I try to stay plant-based, but don't care if you eat meat), hanging out with friends, and Netflix marathons. Looking for someone who is compatible, friendly and clean, and who would be interested in being friends as well as room mates.

About the neighborhood:
Equidistant 10 min walk from Foggy Bottom (blue and orange line) and Dupont metro (red line). Building shares a quiet neighborhood street with WWF (where Barack has his office) and two 5 star hotels, one street over from Georgetown. Around the corner from Trader Joe's and an organic market, Solid Core, Soul Cycle, Starbucks, small coffee shops, tennis courts, basketball court and racket ball court, library, dog park/soccer field, rock creek park trail, CVS, Blue Duck Tavern, etc. There are 2 Capital bike share stations across the street.

Rent is $1260 + utilities (water, electric, heat/air, high speed internet) with a $150 deposit. Would prefer 6 - 12 month lease, but flexible. Co-lease needed as previous leaseholder is leaving. Monthly parking available for a fee in the building's parking garage.
