Single Room With Private Bath, Gated Community

Single room with private bath (not attached but not shared);person has to be clean, hygienic, quite. Utilities will be extra. Room comes with a single cot, table and chair, foldable sofa, closet, mirror. Have to keep the room and bathroom clean. Can use kitchen & laundry but has to keep the same clean after every use. Also, kitchen usage to be for small meals; no elaborate meals. No kitchen or laundry supplies are included. Please bring your own utensils/vessels. The community is gated and has security post.
