Near North Campus UD

4-bd one story house with one available bedroom left. There is a shared bathroom (for three roommates), and a fairly large shared kitchen. It has a patio out back with a small fire pit and lots of gardening space (we plan to pit in some native plants).
Summer roommates include:
1 male, Chemical Engineer major. Loves biking and hiking.
1 non-binary, entymology + english major. Loves video games and marching band.
1 non-binary, pre-vet major with wildlife and cognitive science minors. Life is currently consumed by a (reactive) emotional support/future assistance dog. The dog does not free-roam the house.

We are looking for someone who is pretty neat/organized, and fairly quiet. Because the dog is nervous, people *without* a cat or dog would be best. We have some roommates who are up late and early, so noise curtousey during those hours is a must.
