Furnished room for rent close to the ocean!

My place is a short drive from the beach! Grocery stores and dining nearby! This is a great area to live and a really nice neighborhood. While technically a condo, my 3 bed and 2 bath place is a detached rancher and 1507 sq. ft. (excluding the patio). While there is not bathroom inside the room for rent, there is a full bathroom just next door and on the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom.

Washer and dryer in unit, as well as dishwasher. Nice living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Off-street parking available in the driveway.

There is an outdoor swimming pool, open from approximately Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. There is a small fitness center as well.

Same rent price for couples as for a single person. Couples just pay a higher percentage of utilities. Possibility to rent out a second room (with a change in price).

There is nobody else living at the property other than the owner. (A previous part of filling out the information forced a choice of two people currently living at the address, but it is just Jon!)
