Looking for a responsible roommate to sublease a room in my townhouse for the summer and possibly in the fall. Bedrooms are $800 or $650 per month, which includes utilities (water, electricity, internet, and trash). The apartment is pretty much fully equipped with kitchenware, coffee machine, sofa, all of which can be used.
