My apartment is in Indialantic, Fla. close to everything you'd ever need--shopping, restaurants, bars, banks, hair salons, fast food, and THE BEACH. I'm looking for someone who is quiet, neat and respectful of others. I try to keep the apartment as clean as possible, and I'd expect you to keep your part of it that way as well. I don't smoke, but I do drink . I love pets but the "pet-friendly" policy here isn't a good one, so I can't allow you to bring one with you. Single people only.
