3/2 home in SE Palm Bay area. Fully furnished bedroom for retired or proffessional male only. I can supply bed linens and towels if needed. Will be a shared bathroom and kitchen privileges, must clean right after using. I do have pets and looking for someone who loves pets, am laid back don't want or need anyones baggage or drama. No overnight guest or visitors, my home is my safe haven and my relax zone, looking for someone who can respect that and desire pretty much the same. Looking for long term occupant, at least 6 months or more not charging a security deposit but will require a background check. Live in a safe and quiet neighborhood not far from Bayside Lakes.
