30 year old professional woman looking for a roommate who can pay 50% of bills, commit to a year lease, and is accepting of pets. I have one crate trained American bulldog and three cats. I am generally a clean and quiet person who brings little to no company to the apartment. I work full time. My hobbies stem from art and education.

I currently live in a 1175 SF, 2/2 apartment with renovations done in 2023 to the kitchen and bathrooms, resulting in stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. I am offering a private, 11x14 bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as access to the shared kitchen, living room, dining room, screened in porch, and in unit washer and dryer. There is space throughout the unit for items of your own, whether furniture, kitchenware, or decorations. Pets are welcome, too. You will also have access to an on-site community pool, gym, playground, and dog park. Open parking is available for residents and guests. Move in as soon as June or late as July!
