Don't rent from this dude

First night in, I got bit at least 12 times by bedbugs. Mentioned it the next morning, and how the mattress is green and purple and just moldy. The first thing out his mouth was "want me to buy you a new mattress!?" raises an eyebrow huh? For the next month I got up to over 65 bites. He hands me a 3/4 used giant bottle of bedbug spray. 2nd indicator. Then after he had the nerve to say it was me that brought it to his home.

Next, the other tenant(living here 2 years now) I had to give a deep clean to the bathroom as it looked like no one ever cleaned it(I have pictures of all this) She knocks on my door to tell me that the last tenant was so dirty and never cleaned. Yet the last tenant was out over two weeks ago, but the place was horrible. Let alone that you'll notice dust in every corner or the house and down the halls, bathrooms, like no ones ever wipes it down or anything.

Lastly, after a month he says " I forgot to mention the cleaning schedule" tells me that it's my turn to clean because she already did it. lol I said no that was me. He goes, she said it was her and I believe her, she's been here forever, why would she lie? My eyes are rolling, my jaw drops. lol omg these people.

I told him due to the bug infestation in your kitchen(which he blamed me for bringing the roaches too) and in the room I want to leave. I mentioned I have another place and just need to know I'm going to get my deposit. He never replied. I lost the new apt and got stuck another month here.

He "demands" things and says "or else" and "this is my place" all with a raised voice mind you.
He's a 60 something year old indian man that worships the ground Elvis walks on, and acts american more than a hick in the south.

He says there's parking but you'll have to move your car every night and morning while him and the other tenant have their own parking. Why would you have to move it, because he'll make you. He is REALLY bossy and controlling. I feel like I have a dad that's always angry and bitter, but the first time you meet him he'll give you the best performance ever and talk your ear off like he hasn't spoken to someone in 50 years. You'll know when hes home because of how loud his and the roommate(omg the other tenants tv volume is impossible to live with) TV are on.

That's my story I hope no one falls for this place. RUN!
