$1400 deposit plus months rent to move in

Requirements:
Someone with a job and sleeping schedule which allows for quiet nights. And not too loud during the day either as walls are thin.

Someone who cleans at least once a week.

Someone who is willing to cook strong smelling foods in the patio as all the rooms a/c ducts connect and go directly to my bedrooms. No smoking inside. Outside is fine as long as no smoke gets in.
