I work fulltime night shift and I live in a 2-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment on Davie/Hollywood area. I have an American Bulldog that is 3 years old and is well behaved. She doesn? t bark. I don? t have much visitors. The bedroom that I am renting is furnished and 1 bathroom (shared),water, internet and electricity included. I would love a person who is ok with these conditions I am going to list: Clean up after self, no visitors, trustworthy, integrity, works day shift works A full-time job and show Proof they can afford $800, no illegal drugs, smoke free, rent month to month, no pets no eating in room, camera in hallway and living room area, no work from home jobs, no criminal background and pay rent on time.
