We have a furnished upstairs room for rent in our private home on an acre of land. Utilities included. High speed Internet, wifi & basic cable included. Use of kitchen is ok. This a non smoking home, however you may smoke out on the patio by the pool.
You may have use of the pool, barbeque & cabana bathroom. You share a newly remodeled double sink, double cabinet bathroom with one clean, considerate Male. The bathroom is also upstairs a few steps from the room. This is a quiet household with my husband working from home on his computer. We are within walking distance to St. Bonaventure Church & Western Highschool. Publix is a short drive to St Rd 84.
