Private Parking - Davie 6 Blocks from Colleges

**NOTE: This is NOT a 420 friendly home. Marijuana and/or other drug usage will NOT be tolerated. No smoking. No pets. No guests.

Our 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bathrooms home is located 6 blocks from Nova Southeastern University, Broward College, McFatter, FAU, Publix, Tower Shoppes, etc. You can easily walk or bike there.

Your PRIVATE BEDROOM has brand NEW FURNITURE: Queen bed, dresser with mirror, night stand, lamp, ceiling fan.

You will share a full bathroom with a male tenant. Washer and dryer are inside our home. Utilities included in the rent.

NO smoking policy. NO vaping. NO pets. Owner is very allergic.

ADDITIONAL FEES:
*Cleaning Fee $100 is due when deposit is paid.
*Background check will be conducted. No prior criminal record or evictions locally or nationally. Cost for background check is $40.

* No work from home tenants. Must leave for work or school to avoid high utilities.

RENT: $1,450 per month
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $750.00 (refundable if no damage or issues)
Note: If pool key is not returned $50 will be withheld from deposit to replace the electronic pool key.
MOVE OUT CLEANING FEE must be paid up front prior to move in: $100
*(BACKGROUND CHECK $40 fee is paid directly to background company and is not included in move in cost.)
TOTAL MOVE IN AMOUNT: $2,300*
*Will prorate rent if moving in after first day of the month.

✍️Use of kitchen will only be granted if you use your own dishes/pots and pans AND clean up after yourself.
✍️NO work from home or hybrid work roommates please.
✍️This is not a whole house rental. You are renting your private room and the shared bathroom.
