Private Student Room W/ Private Bathroom

Our 4 bedroom 4 bathroom 3,880 sq ft home on a one acre property is located 7.5 miles from Nova Southeastern University. We have a large private unfurnished room 13x15 with a large private bathroom 6 x 15 available for rent. You will have access to the kitchen, pool, den, washer/dryer and utilities are included. Rent is $1,500 per month and a $750 security deposit is required along with 1st month’s rent to move in. We have 2 older dogs, but cannot permit any other animals. No smoking allowed in the house.
