Two bed two bathroom apartment. You’d have a private bathroom with a tub to yourself, a shared living room and kitchen space, everything is fully and completely furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and kitchen ware, laundry is on property and takes coins. Cost of monthly renting price includes utilities, WiFi and the rent itself to live in a fully functional home. Move in price $1600, move in date July 1st. willing to negotiate move in price slightly based on situation. You’d live with one other person that isn’t in the house often. Preferably looking for a stable person in the creative community.
