Please note: Short-term rental only. Ideal for student looking to rent by the week. The room is available from May 22th to July 5th weekly only. Signed agreement and 250. refundable security deposit required. Good-size, attractive room in private home with two large closets. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and is in East Fort Lauderdale. (See photos). Best suited for one female; college student, language, medical, (nursing), or airline student/pilot. The room is currently available beginning May 22, 2023 and is no longer available after July 5th, 2023. Can speak English or any language. Some knowledge of English required. Semi-private bath right outside room. Near beaches, malls, bus stops, cafes, etc., . The 250. security deposit (refundable, if everything left clean and undamaged). Some use of microwave and fridge. I pay the utilities and there is free wifi. You may do one laundry per week in my machines without extra charge. I have a very sweet female cat. If you have a car, you may park in my driveway. Free use of bicycle with returnable deposit. No overnight guests and no pets. Permission required for any daily guests. No alcohol or drugs. Non-smoker/non-vapor only, please. References required; not friends, must be business, professional, former landlord, college instructor, job supervisor, and/or clergy, (at least 2). Possible background/credit check required.
