Room available in 3bed/2bath - Flagler Village

We are two women with full time work schedules. Usually homebodies in our off time. Looking for someone who is comfortable sharing the common areas and likes dogs/cats but doesn't own one (we are already at the limit per the lease) We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, all are very friendly and energetic. Must be moderately tidy but doesn't mind the common areas looking a little lived in. We enjoy small hang outs, alcohol is fine, but no big parties or smoking, please.
