24yr old realtor seeking reliable roommate

Hi 👋🏾 I am looking for someone to move into my 2bd2b with large wrap around balcony apartment. I’m located in downtown Fort Lauderdale (about two blocks from Las Olas) which gives an idea on why rent is high over here lol. The lease is up February 20th, so I would need someone to move in at least two days prior to that (someone at the leasing office will have to meet you and approve you moving in as well). I am a real estate agent with two cats Sushi and Sake ❤️ I hope you’re not allergic. The place is fully furnished except for the second bedroom so ideally, you would have your own bed and furniture for your room. You would have a walk-in closet and your own bathroom. We have a yoga room, gym, a pool with TV lounge area and the building is currently undergoing renovations. We have new door locks, electronic thermostats, new carpeting, new pool furniture and they’re almost finished repainting the exterior. As for house rules, I would just want someone who is clean and respectful of my space and property since I did buy all the furniture that’s in here. No kids welcome. Wi-Fi is not included in the rent so we would have to go halfsies on that if that’s what we both want.
