My home is a 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a swimming pool on a canal in east Fort Lauderdale. It is close to almost everything - and about a mile to the beach. I play tennis, take dance classes, use the pool a lot in the summer, and I work at home several days a week. My work space is in the open living/kitchen area so there will be minimum living area and kitchen (cooking) access available to you. If you are friendly but quiet and enjoy privacy, you'll be a good fit. Male preferred as the bathroom will be shared with another male.
