Great if you like kayaking, fishing, boating, paddle boarding, or jetsking.. form our private dock. Also only 2 miles from the beach on east Sunrise Blvd. Pool, private parking spot, and washer dryer on property. Quiet, resort style, 18 unit complex. I do have a cat. One other pet is fine, as long as the cat or dog is under 10 lbs. I am looking for a quiet, respectful, hardworking professional, someone who stayes busy and not home alot No couch potatoes! The apartment is centrally located, and close to Downtown, the Beach, and Las Olas Blvd.
