Quiet condo to share w/easygoing middle aged woman

I'm in my 50s and I have a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo, conveniently located near Cypress Creek Blvd between 95 and the Turnpike.

I'm looking fora non-smoking female with a full-time job outside of the home because I work from home and need my space and quiet during regular working hours.
