Flatmate for Fort Lauderdale Florida

The room offered is very large, with very ample closet space, and a nice bath in the room. There is a washer and dryer. There is an assigned parking spot available, close the stairs to the second floor--my unit is the first one.

I am looking for an easy going, quiet flatmate, who would like to share intelligent conversations, Netflix, cooking and other things.

There is a nice sized living room - dining room, with a lovely balcony with a table and chairs with a nice view.

The condo has been updated. It has marble floors throughout and granite countertops in the kitchen, which has uptodated appliances, including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped and the flatmate of course may use all the utensils.
