The room is located in Davie, FL - We will be sharing a 2/1- very Spacious. minutes from the Turnpike on Griffin Rd and Davie Rd, The location is great, minutes from everything, there is a park on the next block over too.
-Minutes to the hardrock and the colleges as well.
Would be starting off with a 2 to 3-month lease. Rent can be collected weekly or monthly but is due by the 1st of each month
(depending on our agreement)
Everything is included in the rent, except the electricity bill, which needs to be TBD, the room is available as of now. 04/21/2024.
(If everything works out we will renew the lease for longer)
- laundry room located on premises - coin-operated
- pet-friendly ( I have fur babies (dogs) and a pet meet-up is required before moving in and # of pets will matter)
- I don’t bother anybody and I’m not nosey and all I ask for is to be courteous if you have to move or things change please communicate with me and give me a heads up as I am taking care of someone and my job pays me twice a month I don’t have the luxury of a weekly/daily paycheck and would have to make other arrangements ahead of time.
