Room for rent in an upscale townhouse minutes from downtown Hollywood and a quick drive from the beach. The room comes furnished with a bed/mattress, side tables and a dresser. This room has a spacious closet with hangers if needed and plenty of shelves for storage. If you have your own furniture, we can leave it empty.
The backyard is cozy and perfect for a cup of coffee or tea while enjoying the fresh air and the kayaks can be used at your convenience if you want.
Rent includes all utilities along with the additional perk of access to Netflix an Amazon accounts for shows and movies. There is a plenty of parking in the driveway if you have a vehicle.

I work during the day and like to come home and cook delicious meals and enjoy watching a variety of movies. I speak both English and Spanish and have two very personable cats.
My other roommate is a massage therapist and he is barely home and is very easy going.
