The shared townhouse community amenities include a pool with tables and seating, tennis and basketball courts, dog-run, & fenced kiddie playground.

As a resident owner, I am interested in sharing my home with a kind, considerate, financially responsible, no-drama, progressive individual who enjoys living in a warm, friendly, and creative environment, and who will contribute to keeping this beautiful home clean when using shared areas. Smoking outdoors is ok. Remote work is ok. FOX channel is not allowed in home.
