Professional who works from home, wanting to travel more and looking for a roommate to make that happen. Looking for short term renters only and security deposit will depend on length of stay.
Currently, the room is set up as my office. All furniture is included and will be rearranged should a roommate situation work out. A physical TV is included in the room. It’s just not mounted yet. Private Bathroom.
I am literally about 100 to 150m from the beach sand. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and beautiful boats on the balcony view. I am social and personable, however, I do enjoy quiet time and being alone.
I am big into health and fitness, and not a night owl. I do enjoy eating healthy and working out daily during the week. During the weekends, I do loosen up. I spend a lot of my time on the beach. I prefer people who do not smoke cigarettes or vapes. Small pets in cages may be OK.
