Amenities: Washer and Dryer in Unit/ Free Parking/ clubhouse/ 2 pools/ tennis court/ near plenty of restaurants and Pembroke Lakes Mall/ near Broward College

Rent: Our rent is $2200 however i recently got accepted to med school near Tampa so my fiance and I are willing to make up the difference and get that signed in writing/notarized (since we are in a crunch and have to move soon)

Lease Term: The middle to end of June 2024 - October 2024
The apartment is in a fantastic location, with easy access to local attractions, public transportation, etc. It's well-maintained and his an upgraded unit ( which I'm happy to provide videos/pics) . I've enjoyed living here, but due to relocating, I need to find someone to take over the lease.
