Heated pool, jacuzzi, cedar saunas, BBQs, tiki bar, gym, shuffleboard, darts, billiards table, cable tv downstairs, lagoons/mini waterfall (for viewing) bathrooms & showers downstairs. Balcony with pool view. Plenty of guest parking. The rooms are completely on the opposite side of the apt. so we will not hear each other. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, elevators (handicapped access), laundry room, walk in closet. Utilities included are water, cable & wifi. Electricity is separate from rent. I require first month, last month, & security deposit upfront. I’m a 20 minute walk to the beach ($5 uber ride or 5 minute drive). Right off of US1 & Commercial Blvd. A lot of businesses in walking distance in the area. Balcony with pool view. We also have shopping carts in the staircases if ever needed. As well as dollies by the pool area to help move big objects. Also aloe vera can be picked in pool area.
Electricity is separate which comes out to usually $200 a month, so will be $100 extra per month on top of the $1700.
