Large house two blocks from the ocean

The property has 3 bedrooms all with their own full bathrooms upstairs - downstairs has a 4th full bathroom and a large kitchen and a deck to sit out on. The master suite is used by me and my daughter when she is back from college 2 days a week - my 13 year old son uses the junior master suite 2 days a week (roughly) - the middle room, the room for rent, is smaller (with a bigger bathroom and tub) and nice closet space. There is a lot of extra storage room in the garage and a store room at bottom of stairs.

The property was an Air BnB for six years and very popular due to large size, parking, and proximity to the beach and downtown Lauderdale by the Sea.
