Looking for roommate, Shared living space.

Currently looking for a roommate to take over my previous roommates lease. This is a shared living space in a townhouse with a private room/bathroom. Quiet and calm neighborhood with security cameras installed throughout the property. House is fully refurnished and all amenities included. (water, electricity and internet) As for myself, I am a a young Marketer who just moved from Miami and work full time for a Danish Tech company. I just recently graduated from FIU with a bachelors in Marketing. I’m looking for a roommate who’s responsible, communicative, friendly and most importantly clean.
