Private room for rent

I would like to rent an unfurnished room with shared bathroom in my 3/2 apartment located in Lauderhill. I'm 13 mns away from downtown Fort Lauderdale where most of the nice restaurants and activities are. All utilities are included and the common spaces such as living room and dining room are shared. A background check is required in order to move in. Full first month rent and security deposit with $75 for background check with proof of income must be submitted before move in date. I'm out all day either at work or at the gym or hanging out with friends. The second tenant is barely around therefore the second bathroom will most likely be used by whoever is renting the room. I'm very laid back and fun therefore I'm very easy to live with :) Don't hesitate to reach out to me if interested!
