Private Room with a private bathroom, available to rent asap! $1000 p. m. includes everything except food, and a bed. There's a long dresser & nightstand in the room, my 2 previous tenants used the long dresser as a TV stand. I can provide a large flatscreen TV if needed or remove anything not needed. I have a large 3/3 house in Coral Bay, between Sample Rd. & 441, it's considered N. Margate, but on the border of Coral Springs, Pompano Beach & Coconut Creek. Move-in costs=$2500 total (1st, last & $500 security deposit) 2 occupants, me & my 23 year old daughter and our cats! She's Vegetarian, I'm not. We have a huge semi-private pool surrounded by a large lake, only for residents of The Cape in the back of Coral Bay, all other Coral Bay residents have to use the pool at the front entrance by the Clubhouse.
