Single family home with 2 unfurnished bedrooms and 1 bathroom available for rent. Willing to rent the rooms separately at $1000/month each or together for $2000. The rooms share 1 bathroom in a 3/2 home. Home has a large front and back yard. Common areas such as the living room and dining area are already furnished. To move-in, first month's, last month, and security deposit are required ($2500 for 1 bedroom or $4500 for both rooms). Must be able to verify income of at least 2x the amount of the monthly rent. Utilities, internet, and electricity are an extra $100/month per room, which would make the total owed each month $1100 per room.
