Looking For Honest, Trustworthy,Clean Roomate

I have a furnished bedroom with a private bathroom in a very , very nice , gated community. The community is regarded as one of the safest and most ammenitied in the state.(exp: gym, pool, tennis courts, conference room, etc) .The community is called Windsor Estates in West Miramar. Located in a safe area with all major stores etc within close proximity.
The room for rent is on the third floor and is in the prime location of the family community. The rent includes utilities. (exp: satellite tv, internet, water and trash, electricity). The room comes with a twin bed, an extra single bed, television with satallite service, internet,. chairs, night table and TWO closets with shelving ! The only thing you might need to bring or buy for the room might be a chest of draws for clothing usage. You are welcome to add pictures on walls etc and remove existing features if desired. The private bath includes a towel closet, vanity and sink and shower/bathtub
Apartment comes with washer and dryer and all modern appliances and amenities. Roomates are expected to contribute a reasonable amount to household products(exp: laundry detergents, toilet paper, etc.) (TBD).
Simply put. No drugs, smoking, alcohol or craziness is allowed. Gender and age is not important. I am an easy going people person. I do have 2 small dogs and 1 cat that are extremely friendly and loving! Please only contact me if you are serious about taking the room.
